We work with a leading investment banking and private equity group that specialises in high quality commercial real estate located in prime locations.  They invest and co-invest in commercial real estate with investment grade tenants. The average minimum lease term of the group’s portfolio exceeds 20 years.

These investments are structured as private equity transactions targeting attractive returns over a three to seven year timescale. Typical targeted IRR's are in the range 15% pa to 25% pa over that timescale. They are adding over USD2 billion of further investments year on year in both the UK and Western Europe.
